Total Capacity Training & Development Center (TCTDC) offers a versatile, welcoming space for your special moments and meaningful events. When you rent our facility, you’re doing more than hosting a celebration—you’re directly supporting youth development programs that empower, educate, and uplift young people in our community.

Your rental plays a vital role in supporting our youth programs, allowing us to continue providing mentorship, education, and development opportunities for young people in our community.

Lets talk pricing!

The boardroom seats 8 with table and 15 classroom style. $75 p/hr with 2hr min.

Complete southside of building is 60 people max. $125 p/hr with 3 hours min.

Kitchen Rental $250 flate rate. $200 deposit required.

and break-down, within a consecutive 8-hour period. There is a minimum 3 hour rental.

Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee your event. Only once a contract has been created and signed plus a 50% deposit received will your space be reserved. Full payment is due at least 7 days before your event.
